Resident Quality / Complaint Processing

We provide logistic services for complaints on the assembly line such as:


  • Assessment and sorting out of defective parts according to the client's specifications.
  • Inventory check and information to quality assurance and disposition.
  • Collection of parts of complaints, preparation for dispatch and creation of test reports.


We are happy to provide you with a resident of our company (quality assurance officer) as a permanent interface to your customer (e.g. for complaint work). Various booking options are available to you for this.
